. . . isn't always sharp. We have been flying this past week, but some of the equipment still has bugs. We are finding bugs or changes that should be made, but unless the right person hears it, it doesn't necessarily happen (at least by now . . . time will tell). There is an element of haste in this program; at the same time we recognize both the need for haste and our own frustration that more time has not been taken to ensure things are done and functional before we see them.
Well, some of this is to be expected. It's a new program, and there will be some issues. There will be a time in the near future when this is all behind us and the current issues will seem minor and/or overblown. Or so I hope.

I'm more familiar with the cutting edge cutting off the tip of my finger. How are you supposed to know who the "right person" is? Is it your next higher up person in the chain of command? Sounds suspiciously like the business world. Maybe you need a small pilot (about 12") on those little planes.
